Summer is here! That means that this mama is looking for fun things to keep the bebés busy without breaking the bank. You can bet your galletas that I was muy excited to learn that my nenes could bowl for $FREE.99 all summer long. Yes, you read that correctly, your kids can bowl for free all summer.
Kids Bowl Free is a program that allows you to register children as young as 2 years old to bowl up to 2 free games daily. Each adult can register up to 6 kids under their account. Once you are registered you will receive your passes weekly in right in your e-mail inbox or you can download their app to show your passes at the bowling alley. All you have to do is pay for their shoe rental. So.much.fun. They even offer the option to purchase a family pass for up to 4 adults to be able to bowl up to two games as well for just $29.95. Your pass is valid for the whole summer too. The passes are meant for you to enjoy family time together so kids and adults must be present. This is such a fantastic way to work in some fun for the whole family.
You can only register at one bowling center. You will need to create a separate account with a different e-mail address if you’d like to use multiple centers.
There is a limit of 6 children per account. This isn’t a problem for most, but if you do have more than 6 kids you could always create a second account for the additional children.
Each bowling center has different requirements for age, program dates and available bowling times. Be sure to check them when you register.
If you decide to purchase the family pass it is only valid at the center your purchased it for. If you bowl at more than one center you will need to buy a family pass for each center. Once you purchase a pass you can change the center once and only within 14 days of purchase.
The only other big thing about the family pass is that you have to list the names of the 4 adults on them. Obviously parents would want to be listed on the family pass but what if Tio or Tia want to join just one time? You can change the names on the pass however you are only permitted to do that one time. It’s a little stinky to have to name them on the pass when they will only use it once. It’s not a huge deal to be completely honest. It would be nice to be able to change the names of adults on the passes.
As a mama with two very energetic kiddos, who lives far away from familia, in a place plagued by extreme color and rain in the summer I’m grateful to have such an affordable outlet.
